- The ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environments
- Degree in Construction Management and/or engineering required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
- Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone
- May have to walk on uneven surfaces and work in inclement weather conditions when visiting or working on-site
